You are only a few steps to the private beach which is only for the guests for this complex. Numerous restaurants, bars, businesses, tours and art galleries are only minutes away. Whether for that awesome honeymoon experience or the vacation of a lifetime this is Puerto Vallarta at its best and is the friendliest place in Mexico. 

Note that the property is located directly on the beach and normal beach noise and activities are associated with properties on the beach. The Playa Bonita building is also next to a gay hotel with entertainment at night.

Please be advised that Casa Soltar is not children, pet, or smoking friendly.

Casa Soltar Maid Services

Casa Soltar has maid service on Monday and Thursday, except when a Mexican Holiday falls on one of those days. The maids will perform light cleaning duties such as sweeping, moping and removing refuse.

Laundry and dishes are the responsibility of the guests renting our home during their stay. The maids will launder and change sheets upon your departure.

We respectfully request that you allow the maids to do their work with minimal clutter on the floors and that if you are pleased with their services, you thank them with a tip.

Playa Bonita Services

Please note that the administration, desk and security staff of Playa Bonita are in place for safety of resident owners and guests and to manage the building. They do not manage Casa Soltar beyond check-in/check-out and cleaning.

Should you experience difficulty with the unit, our property manager's contact information is in the unit. The desk will assist you in contacting him and he will respond as quickly as possible.

The desk staff will also gladly assist you with dinner reservations or calling a taxi if one is not right out front at the taxi stand.

All guests of Casa Soltar are required to follow the posted rules and regulations of Playa Bonita. These policies have been put in place by the condo owners via the HOA and will be enforced.
